Barafundle Bay

Barafundle bay is an award winning large sandy beach, backed with sand dunes and decorated with impressive natural arches and a few rock pools, and makes a good bathing beach.

Access is via a 5 minute walk along the coast path from Stackpole Quay, where there is a National Trust car park (charged), cafe and toilets, although there are no facilities at the beach itself. The coast path is generally good underfoot, but there are some steep steps down to the beach where buggy access is possible but difficult.
